Hails from Buruku LGA of Benue State.
Obtained my primary School Leaving Certificate in 1981 from LGEA Primary School Tyogbenda in Buruku LGA. Proceeded to NKST Bristow Secondary School, Gboko and obtained a GCE in 1986
Obtained B.Pharm from ABU, Zaria in 2000. In 2011 I bagged MSc. Pharmaceutics from ABU, Zaria and proceeded to bag another degree; MS. Biotechnology Innovation and Regulatory Sciences (BIRS) from University of Purdue, Indiana, USA, in 2020.
In 2023, I did Master of Art (MA), Peace and Security from National Institute of Security Studies (NISS) in collaboration with University of Ilorin
I joined the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria since 2005 and have risen through the ranks to become a Deputy Director
As a PCN staff, I worked in several capacities, Units, Departments and States.
He has been the State officer twice (Akwa ibom and Imo State), Head of Unit of the R&L, Lagos zonal office on two different occasion. I am currently the Head of Unit (IM & QA) Lagos zonal Office. I am a fellow of the Security Institute
NOTABLE INNOVATIONS
International Collaboration and Training Initiative
- Spearheaded and established a ground breaking international collaboration between the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) and CiplaQC, a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry based in Kampala, Uganda.
- Pioneered a comprehensive training program designed to enhance the skills and expertise of PCN staff. Orchestrated cross-border knowledge exchange, fostering a dynamic learning environment and promoting international best practices within the organization.

Even though a civil servant, I have 5 publications to my name which includes publications on improving the outcome of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Inspection and Development of an Assessment tool for Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
